Talk to a real person about your visa
The conversation usually takes 45 to 60 minutes for standard matters; complex refusal cases or multi-applicant family situations can run longer. By the end you'll know:
- which visa pathway suits your situation (and why the alternatives don't)
- what evidence you'll need across each relevant category
- realistic current processing times for your specific country's processing centre
- the total cost — Home Affairs fees, medicals, police checks, translations, and our professional fees
- whether we think you should proceed now, wait, or fix something first
We don't sell visas. We give honest advice. Sometimes the most valuable advice we give is "wait three months" or "register your relationship first" or "retake your English test before lodging the EOI".
What to have ready
You don't need a polished case. You do need the basics:
- your full name, date of birth and current visa (or visa-free) status
- your partner's, sponsor's or employer's details where relevant
- a rough timeline (Australia entry dates, relationship milestones, employment history, any prior refusals)
- any letters or emails from Home Affairs about your matter
- the names of any countries you've lived in for 12+ months in the last 10 years

In person

Video
Zoom or Google Meet, scheduled to suit you. Out-of-area clients usually run their entire engagement by video and secure email.
Phone
For straightforward initial discussions. Quick to schedule, no setup — sometimes the best fit when documents will follow by email.
Refusal appeals usually have just 21 days
If your visa is refused, you generally have only 21 days from the decision date to lodge with the Administrative Review Tribunal. The deadline runs from the date you're taken to have received the decision — not when you actually opened the email. We've taken on appeal cases with as little as three days left. If something looks off, call us early.

Yes. Everything you share is treated under the Code of Conduct for Registered Migration Agents and our own privacy policy. We won't share anything with Home Affairs, your employer or your sponsor without your written permission.
Yes. That's the whole point of meeting. You'll leave with a clear sense of where you stand, your pathway options, what the next step looks like, what evidence to start collecting, and the total cost and timeline. The consultation isn't a sales call — it's the work.
For partner-visa consultations it's helpful but not essential — many decisions are made with only one party present, particularly for offshore cases. For arranged-marriage cases, having the sponsor's parents in the room is often useful, and we can run the conversation in Punjabi or Hindi.
That's fine. We work with clients across NSW and interstate, and with applicants overseas. Many engagements never involve a physical office visit and run smoothly throughout by phone, video and secure email.
If you decide to proceed, we'll send a written engagement letter with the scope, fixed fees and timeline. Nothing is locked in until you sign. If you decide not to proceed, the consultation stands on its own and you leave with a real plan.
