Pradeep Kaur, Registered Migration Agent (MARN 2619342) at Success Immigration Consultant
Who you'll work with

Pradeep Kaur leads the practice — and handles your file personally

Every case is handled in-house by a registered agent — not a sales rep, not an offshore paralegal, not someone you'll never meet. The agent who answers your questions at the consultation is the same agent who lodges your application and deals with Home Affairs.

Verified · MARN 2619342

You can verify any agent's MARN on the MARA register in under a minute. If a "consultant" can't give you a MARN, walk away. Verification before payment is the single best protection against migration scams.

Areas we serve

Local roots, Australia-wide reach

Our office is in Port Macquarie, but our clients aren't bound by a postcode. We work with people right across Australia — and overseas — by phone, video and secure email. Most engagements never need a single in-person visit.

Why locals choose us

A national-quality result without a national firm

You need a registered migration agent who returns your call, knows the right questions to ask, and gets the documents right the first time.

A local office you can walk into

For statutory declarations, complex relationship-evidence work, hearing prep, or multi-generational consultations — sometimes face-to-face in Port Macquarie is the right call.

One agent, start to finish

You won't get bounced between five "case managers". Pradeep handles your file directly from the first conversation through to grant.

MARN-registered and verifiable

Pradeep Kaur is registered with MARA, MARN 2619342. Verify it on the MARA register in under a minute. If a consultant can't give you a MARN, walk away.

Plain-English explanations

Visa law is full of acronyms — TSMIT, AoS, GTE, BVA, EOI, MARN. We translate, every time, in the language you're most comfortable with.

Languages spoken in the office

English, Punjabi and Hindi. For multi-generational consultations with first-generation parents in the room, this isn't a marketing line.

Honesty before money

If we don't think you have a case, we'll tell you. We'd rather refuse a job than take your fee for a hopeless application.

How we work

A clear process, start to finish

It starts with a 60-minute strategy consultation with Pradeep — where you leave knowing exactly where you stand.

Strategy consultation

A 60-minute session with Pradeep. We confirm the right pathway, the evidence you'll need, realistic timing, and a fixed quote — in plain English.

We build & lodge

A clear document checklist, evidence structured the way Home Affairs reads it, and lodgement through ImmiAccount. We chase what's missing.

Through to grant

Every request from Home Affairs comes to us first. We respond, keep you updated, and plan the next step — including any PR pathway.

Did you know?

The Mid North Coast is officially a "regional" area for migration

That makes a real difference. Many visas — the 491 Skilled Work Regional, the 494 Skilled Employer Sponsored Regional, the 191 PR pathway, and the dedicated NSW "currently in regional NSW" nomination stream — require regional residence or sponsorship. Living locally is an asset, not a disadvantage.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions

No, you can lodge most visas yourself through ImmiAccount. But for anything beyond a straightforward tourist visa — and especially for partner, skilled, refused-visa or employer-sponsored matters — using a MARN-registered agent meaningfully reduces the risk of refusal. The cost of a refusal is almost always higher than the cost of the agent's fee. Pradeep Kaur (MARN 2619342) is registered with MARA and bound by a legal code of conduct that an unregistered "consultant" simply isn't.

Search their MARN on the public MARA register. Every legitimate registered migration agent in Australia has a seven-digit MARN. If they can't give you one, or if the name on the register doesn't match the name on their website, that's a red flag. Always verify before paying.

No. We work with clients across the Mid North Coast and beyond by phone, video and secure email. We do offer in-person consultations at our office — handy if you're nearby, or if your matter involves multiple witness statements, original documents that need certified copies, complex evidence work, or hearing preparation.

Pricing depends on the visa category and complexity of your situation. We give you a clear, fixed quote at the consultation — no surprise bills mid-engagement. Call 0402 942 136 or book a consultation online. If you proceed with an application, the consultation fee is typically credited toward the engagement.

The whole Mid North Coast: Port Macquarie, Coffs Harbour, Taree, Forster, Kempsey, Wauchope, Laurieton, Lake Cathie, Macksville, South West Rocks, Telegraph Point and Woolgoolga. We also work with clients across the wider NSW region, interstate, and overseas.

Ready to talk to a real person?
