Migration & visa services

Migration and visa services on the Mid North Coast

One registered agent. Every major visa pathway — partner, skilled, employer-sponsored, family, student, 485 and refusal work — all out of our Port Macquarie office.

Australian visa services from a registered migration agent in Port Macquarie

One registered agent. Every major visa pathway.

You shouldn't have to switch agents halfway through your migration journey. Pradeep Kaur (MARN 2619342) personally manages every file — the same registered migration agent from the first consultation through to grant. The continuity of working with one agent across multiple visa categories over years is part of the value: by the time you're moving from a partner visa to a parent-visa sponsorship, the agent already knows your file and your family's broader situation.

Partner & spouse visas

Onshore (820/801), offshore (309/100), prospective marriage (300) and de facto. Our flagship area, built around the four-pillar evidence framework.

More

Regional skilled visas

The 491, 190, 189 and the 191 PR pathway. NSW state nomination — including the "currently in regional NSW" stream — is part of what we manage.

More

Employer-sponsored visas

The 482, 494 (5-year regional with PR pathway) and 186 ENS. We act for both the worker and, where there's no conflict, the sponsoring employer.

More

Family & parent visas

Contributory parent (143/864), standard (103/804), 870, child, carer and remaining relative. Pathway selection is the most consequential financial decision.

More

Visa refusals & appeals

Administrative Review Tribunal appeals, ministerial intervention, section 48 bar planning. The 21-day deadline is unforgiving — call same-day.

More

Student & 485 graduate visas

Subclass 500 applications, extensions and GTE statements; 485 graduate visas across Post-Vocational, Post-Higher Education and Second Post-Study Work streams. We plan the post-485 pathway from day one.

Tribunal appeal, ministerial intervention, fresh application, or post-grant PR pathway planning.

Did you know?

Regional NSW has its own postcode list for migration

Postcodes across the Mid North Coast — Port Macquarie, Coffs Harbour, Taree, Kempsey, Wauchope and Forster — fall inside the "regional" zone, which opens up faster skilled-visa pathways (491 and 494), additional state-nomination quota, and the regional employer-sponsored route. Living and working here is a structural advantage, not a disadvantage.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions

Yes. We also handle business visas (188), citizenship by conferral, character cases under section 501, resident-return visas (157), and bridging-visa applications and transfers. Mention your situation when you book and we'll confirm whether it sits within our scope.

Yes — with the right experience. Pradeep Kaur (MARN 2619342) has worked across all the categories listed and refers out to specialist immigration counsel when a matter genuinely requires it (Federal Court judicial review, for example).

You deal with Pradeep. Support staff may help with file organisation and scheduling; the advice and lodgement work is hers throughout the engagement.

We act for employers as well as applicants. See Regional Employer-Sponsored Visas. We can run both the employer side and the worker side, provided there's no conflict between the two parties.

Most engagements begin within 7–10 days of the consultation, often sooner if there's a deadline. Refusal-letter cases get same-day or next-day attention given the 21-day appeal deadline.

Not sure which visa is right?

That's exactly what the consultation is for. We'll map your options in plain English and tell you honestly where you stand.
